Repair Disclaimer

All jewelry repairs are evaluated individually and completed with care and intention. Due to the nature of repair work, especially on older or well-worn pieces, there may be inherent risks related to prior wear, hidden damage, or delicate settings that are not always visible at intake.

For mail-in repairs, customers are responsible for safely packaging and shipping their jewelry. Aus Bespoke Jewelry is not responsible for loss or damage that occurs during transit to or from the studio. Once a piece is received, its condition will be documented and evaluated prior to any work beginning.

While every precaution is taken during the repair process, Aus Bespoke Jewelry cannot guarantee outcomes affected by pre-existing damage, structural limitations, or material fatigue. In the event that unexpected issues arise during repair, work will pause and the customer will be contacted before proceeding.

By submitting jewelry for repair, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree to the repair process as outlined.
